Sirona Medical and Everlight Radiology announce global partnership, transforming care for millions of patients on six continents

Everlight Radiology and Sirona Medical have announced a strategic partnership that will deploy Sirona’s RadOS platform across Everlight’s global radiology reporting network. As the world’s largest multinational teleradiology provider, Everlight will become the first global provider to implement this technology at scale. RadOS is the industry’s first unified, cloud-native radiology workflow platform. It modernises imaging infrastructure by integrating diagnostic viewing, reporting, PACS imaging archive, worklists, and AI into a single platform. Because the solution is fully secure and accessible through any web browser, it enables compliant, seamless access for radiologists and customers around the world.

As part of this partnership, both companies will collaborate to develop and deploy industry-first agentic AI automations across Everlight's global network, further advancing clinical and operational efficiency at scale.

"This partnership will fundamentally transform how our radiologists practice and accelerate our vision of setting the global standard in teleradiology," said Rob Anderson, Global CEO of Everlight Radiology. "By equipping our doctors with the best clinical tools available, we enable them to deliver the highest standard of patient care. This partnership positions Everlight at the forefront of driving AI-enabled diagnostic medicine globally."

"Everlight has built one of the most technologically advanced and operationally sophisticated radiology practices in the world," said Ken Kaufman, Chief Executive Officer of Sirona Medical. "We are proud to partner with them as they continue their extraordinary growth journey. Together, we are helping shape the AI-powered future of radiology and transform patient care worldwide."

The deployment will span six continents and support radiologists in more than 45 countries, serving customers across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa. This makes it one of the most geographically expansive radiology platform deployments in the history of the industry.

The agreement also marks Sirona’s first major commercial partnership outside the United States and represents one of the largest radiology platform agreements signed to date.
