People and Culture Advisor

The opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity within the People & Culture Team for an experienced HR Advisor.

As the People and Culture Advisor you will work closely with, and under the guidance of the People & Culture Manager, to deliver on our People & Culture Strategy. You will also work closely with the P&C Advisor in ANZ, ensuring we are aligned and working as one team.

You are responsible for providing high quality, end-to-end HR generalist support across the business. This involves all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle, from ad-hoc recruitment support, ownership of the induction, onboarding and offboarding processes; to being the first port of call for employee relations queries and getting involved in strategy development and project work. A true generalist role with opportunities for exposure to organisational development and culture change.

Skills / Experience
• Experience in managing formal employee relations processes independently.
• Previously implemented best-practice processes.
• CIPD Accreditation or equivalent.
• Coaching skills (active listening skills, asking quality questions, etc) are desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader HR team in the UK and Australia.
