Build the future of teleradiology at a global scale, alongside your architect and engineer team members. Foster a collaborative culture, built on trust and openness, within the global team itself, across IT, and the wider business. Scope of Position:
The position exists to work within the Scheduling Team, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new Radiologists while managing the scheduling of current Radiologists to ensure there is always appropriate capacity to support growing client demand.

The Workforce Management function is in service of the MLC and UK Radiologists. The role will play a supporting role in professionalising the Rad relocation experience and designing and executing projects that enhance the EVP.

The scheduling teams across Australia and the United Kingdom will report into the role with the role actively participating in Capacity Council meetings.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Managing the scheduling team by allocating radiologists to team members for account management and ensuring KPI’s are being met
  • Ensuring capacity deficits and surplus are managed and communicated to the appropriate broader audience
