The Everlight support teams form the essential connection that brings the world’s best Radiologists to patients in need across the world.

We strive for quality and consistency in everything that we do, whether it is delivering an urgent report at 5am or essential equipment to a Radiologist who’s ready to report.

We are a rapidly growing business which means our people are agile and continually adapting to changes. This can make our work and environment really challenging at times but we balance that with the opportunity to grow our careers and contribute like nowhere else.

We know the impact our work has and go the extra mile because we are compelled to bring the services to more patients in urgent need.

Background-1

We have regular, quality conversations about development, wellbeing and growth. That’s because we want this to be the place we come to achieve great things and to be at our best.  And we support this with an ever-expanding range of initiatives, such as exchange programmes where people have the opportunity to travel to one of our other offices and gain new experiences, connecting people to development opportunities within the business as well as challenging them to lead their own careers and create opportunities for growth.

At Everlight we are welcoming and we work hard at being one team across challenging time zones. In our region we stay connected through our Design Team – the people pulse of the business, our Capacity Council – the workflow pulse of the business, regular business briefings, team meetings, a monthly newsletter and most importantly, informal chat over a great cup of coffee in the kitchen.
