The Everlight Radiology Management Team

Rob was appointed as Global CEO of Everlight Radiology in January 2023.

He brings with him significant strategic and operational experience gained over many years working at a senior level in the acute healthcare sector, most recently as Group CEO of Aspen Healthcare, which operated a UK-based network of independent sector acute hospitals.

Rob is comfortable operating in complex public, private, and VC-backed highly regulated healthcare settings and was previously an elected member of the strategic council of the Independent Healthcare Providers Network (IHPN). Rob is passionate about putting patients at the heart of the service and creating a high-quality and sustainable partnership with Everlight’s world-class global team of Radiologists.

Rob is also a UK non-executive Director of NorthWest Healthcare REIT.

With a previous life as a radiographer, Daniel has been CEO of Everlight UK since 2014.

Formerly, Daniel has held management positions at BMI Healthcare and InHealth Limited. Daniel began his career as a Radiographer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science.

Wayne has been a part of Everlight Radiology since 2008 and has worked in a variety of roles across the organisation.

He is a qualified Radiographer and Sonographer with over 25 years’ experience in the Radiology industry, during which time he also gained his MBA. Wayne was previously the State Manager of a large corporate provider in Australia before joining Everlight. He is responsible for Everlight's ANZ P&L, along with global operations improvement.

Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and has worked across multiple sectors, from start-ups to FTSE 100 sized companies.

He has a background in operational finance and has over 10 years board experience, most recently as the CFO at one of the UK’s leading NHS insourcing providers dedicated to reducing waiting lists.

Andrew is passionate about supporting the business in providing the best possible solutions for our customers and their patients.

With a proven track record of delivery in people functions, Caroline joined Everlight in 2023 as our Chief People Officer.

With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Caroline has a proven track record of building highly functional and collaborative HR and Recruitment teams across Australia, the UK, and Ireland. With a highly developed understanding of doctor behavior and drivers, Caroline is responsible for ensuring our Radiologist Value Proposition (RVP) is current and ensures we attract and retain key talent.

Andy has over 20 years’ experience in corporate IT.

He has held CIO, CTO, and Technology Director positions across multiple industry verticals. He has extensive experience in creating and executing technology strategy, development, and change programmes.

Jeff joined Everlight in 2022. In his role as Global Chief Operating Officer, he oversees operations, business strategic delivery, and technology.

Jeff has over 20 years of global experience in business consulting, operations, and strategy, working across multiple sectors in Australia and the UK. He has a strong passion for the healthcare industry and is also a Chartered Accountant.
