For ED clinicians, the ability to quickly and easily access the status of imaging orders is crucial. Traditionally, this process has often involved time-consuming phone calls and internal inquiries. The Imaging Request Board eliminates these roadblocks, providing a real-time, centralized platform for tracking all imaging requests.

How it works

The board displays all orders sent to Everlight within the last 16 hours, with real-time updates on their progress. Urgent cases, such as Stroke and Trauma, are prominently highlighted to ensure they receive immediate attention. Clinicians can easily search for specific orders using patient details or filter by treating clinician, and completed reports are readily accessible. Furthermore, the board flags any delayed or problematic orders, allowing for proactive intervention.

A positive impact on patient care

The Imaging Request Board empowers ED doctors with the information they need, when they need it. By eliminating the need to chase down updates, clinicians can dedicate more time to what matters most: patient care. Improved communication between ED and Radiology departments also contributes to a more efficient and collaborative environment.

At Everlight, we're dedicated to developing innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery. The Imaging Request Board is a testament to this commitment, and we're confident it will make a significant difference in the lives of both clinicians and patients.
