Achieve the ultimate work-life-balance
At Everlight, your work-life-balance is our priority. Our business is founded on the understanding that fresh, happy and well-supported radiologists perform to the highest levels clinically. Which is why we encourage you to work daylight hours from the location of your choice. Working anything from 10 to 40 hours per week, you have the option of a full-time, part-time or casual contract, depending on your preferences and life situation.
We actively encourage and even incentivise our radiologists to relocate to another continent, in line with our follow the sun philosophy. Whether that’s on a short-term working holiday, a medium-term sabbatical, or on a longer-term or even permanent basis, Everlight will support with travel and relocation costs, including all the necessary visas and documentation. We will even arrange for an engineer to install a state-of-the-art reporting hub in your new home – wherever that may be.
Everlight exists to raise the standards of patient care, which is why we are proud to set the benchmark for internal quality assurance in radiology. As an Everlight Radiologist a minimum of 5% of your reports will be double-read, with comprehensive feedback provided by your peers. As a consultant radiologist at Everlight you will play a key role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients from every part of the UK, and experience a rich and varied mix of emergency, routine and subspecialist cases. You will join a team supporting over 180 hospitals and clinics across the UK. Last year we provided critical care to over 1.5m people, and that number is growing all the time.
Expert mentoring and development
Our Medical Leadership Council is dedicated to raising the standards of radiology through expert support, rigorous quality assurance and a focus on the ongoing development of Everlight’s radiologist team. As an Everlight radiologist, you will receive hands-on mentoring from our MLC, peer feedback on 5% of your cases and access to our outstanding EverLearning CPD programme.
