Gareth joined Livingbridge in London in 2004 and established the Melbourne office in 2016. Gareth also sits on the Boards of Better Medical, a GP clinic network in Australia and Habit Health, a mental health and rehab services provider in NZ.


Alexander van der Laan

Group Chief Executive Officer

Alexander became CEO of Everlight in 2012, succeeding the founders. Since then Everlight has grown tenfold. Formerly a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, Alexander comes from a healthcare family. He has an MBA from INSEAD.

Daniel is a Partner with Livingbridge, based in London, having joined the firm in 2003. He is a member of the Investment Committee and works extensively with businesses that use technology to establish market leadership positions. Daniel joined the Everlight board upon Livingbridge’s investment in 2021.

Oliver is an Investment Director with Livingbridge based in Melbourne. A chartered accountant (ICAEW), Oliver relocated to Australia with Livingbridge in 2017 and joined the Everlight board upon Livingbridge’s investment in 2021.

J Berry Board

James Berry

Non-Executive Director

James has been involved in healthcare technology since 1995 when he founded Adastra, the predominant provider of urgent care software in the UK. This transitioned to the Advanced Computer Software group and was listed on AIM where James was CTO until 2016 when the business was taken private.

James is principally based in the UK and joined the board of Everlight in April 2018 having been involved as a consultant to the UK team for the previous 12 months.

Tim has been CFO and Company Secretary of Everlight since 2015.

MLC Dr Charles Lott

Dr Charles Lott

MLC Board Representative, Emeritus Clinical Director


Dr Lott was trained in Australia and the United Kingdom, and has extensive radiology experience across both nations in public and private radiology organisations. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, the Royal College of Radiologists, and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists.
