Who You Are

Are you a detail-focused, people person with 3+ years of account management/sales experience within radiology? Or maybe you’ve been working in radiology for 3+ years and looking to transition into a sales role? 

Purpose of the Role

The commercial team is responsible for managing client relationships and nurturing and growing business.  As an Account and Business Development Manager, you will help us achieve that by managing client relationships, client retention and growth, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing existing client accounts and building strong long term partnerships including leading in the contract renewal process
  • Upselling/cross-selling within existing client accounts
  • Managing day to day enquires and resolution thereof from existing clients across New Zealand
  • Running client meetings with radiology management across New Zealand
  • Customer success through ensuring customers are fully utilising our products and services 
  • Hunting for new business 
  • Managing tender responses and submissions

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • We are looking for a candidate that has existing radiology sales experience and contacts or is currently working in an operational/management/senior radiographer/PACS role within radiology and is keen to transition into a career in sales
  • Team player, working collaboratively with all members across sales and other teams
  • Ability to travel regularly across New Zealand for client visits (and quarterly to Australia for team meetings and training (and social events too))
  • Strong commercial acumen particularly across contracting and pricing
  • Detail focussed, thorough, well organised and passionate about client success
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to persuade and influence
