The Everlight support teams form the essential connection that brings the world’s best radiologists to patients in need across the world. We strive for quality and consistency in everything that we do, whether it is delivering an urgent report at 5am or essential equipment to a radiologist who’s ready to report.
We are a rapidly growing business which means our people are agile and continually adapting to changes. This can make our work and environment really challenging at times but we balance that with the opportunity to grow our careers and contribute like nowhere else.
We know the impact our work has and go the extra mile because we are compelled to bring the services to more patients in urgent need.
We have regular, quality conversations about development, wellbeing and growth. That’s because we want this to be the place we come to achieve great things and to be at our best. And we support this with an ever-expanding range of initiatives, such as exchange programmes where people have the opportunity to travel to one of our other offices and gain new experiences, connecting people to development opportunities within the business as well as challenging them to lead their own careers and create opportunities for growth.
At Everlight we are welcoming and we work hard at being one team across challenging time zones. In our region we stay connected through our Design Team – the people pulse of the business, our Capacity Council – the workflow pulse of the business, regular business briefings, team meetings, a monthly newsletter and most importantly, informal chat over a great cup of coffee in the kitchen.

THE COMPANY
Everlight Radiology is a rapidly expanding global teleradiology organization that was founded in Australia in 2006 under the name Imaging Partners Online. In 2015, it rebranded as Everlight Radiology. The company has dual headquarters in Sydney and London and offers a distinctive service that operates non-stop, every day of the year. Everlight supports radiology departments worldwide, including in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland, and has facilitated critical patient care for over 1.5 million people in the last year. As the world's fastest-growing teleradiology provider, the company is positioned to experience continued high growth as the demand for radiology services expands.
EVERLIGHT’S STRATEGY
Everlight's well-defined strategy centres on providing essential and scarce radiology reporting capacity to both established and emerging markets. The company places a strong emphasis on ensuring that its globally-distributed and interconnected radiologists operate in the most effective and secure environments, enabling them to deliver the highest possible standard of patient care at all times.
One of Everlight's four key strategic pillars is BEST CAREER, which seeks to enhance the organization's appeal as a preferred workplace for radiologists looking for non-traditional career paths and opportunities for growth.
EVERLIGHT’S CORE VALUES
Quality in everything you do – Quality must be present in a doctor’s work as a professional and committed part of our team. Our doctors are regularly assessed on that quality through appraisals and peer reviews. We mirror this on the non-clinical side by acting as if we were placed under the same scrutiny of our peers and hold ourselves to the highest professional standards.
Focus on the patient – Patients aren’t often seen in radiology, and in teleradiology they are at risk of being invisible. We are also invisible to them. It means we over-compensate so we don’t lose sight of the human impact as a result of our collective work. Act as if the patient were there – as if you were part of a surgical team, built up of doctors and non-doctors, all pulling together to save lives.
Deliver on your promise. – The meaning is two-fold:
Reliability - Healthcare, teleradiology and Everlight are interconnected systems and communities. They work best and are of the highest quality when their connectedness results in reliable outcomes between individuals.
Potential – We want you to be at your best here and to do your best work. We place high value on CONNECT helping us grow and make the most of our potential
