At Everlight we are welcoming and we work hard at being one team across challenging time zones. In our region we stay connected through our Design Team – the people pulse of the business, our Capacity Council – the workflow pulse of the business, regular business briefings, team meetings, a monthly newsletter and most importantly, informal chat over a great cup of coffee in the kitchen.
