Scope of Position:
The RadCare Credentialing Co-ordinator is crucial in the radiologist credentialing, on-boarding and retention process. The position liaises with all new and existing radiologists in Australia, New Zealand, as well as any international locations such as South Africa, France, Canada, USA, Ireland and the UK.
The RadCare Credentialing Co-ordinator will be part of the Global Credentialing team within RadCare and reports directly to the RadCare Credentialing Manager ANZ. The position is responsible with updating and monitoring the credentialing information on all new and existing Radiologists. It will follow up on any requirements of new clients and credentialing queries.
The position may undertake special projects and general administration, if or when required.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Monitoring, auditing and processing the on-going credentialing of Radiologists
- Update and maintain radiologists personal and professional information to credential existing (re-credentialing) and new radiologists (initial credentialing) for Everlight Radiology ANZ’s clients and reporting sites
- Liaise with Medicare Australia in the management of provider numbers
- Regularly review and ensure all radiologists’ contact and professional information is up to date.
- Communicate with clients to ensure adequate credentials are approved for the clinical privileges of Everlight Radiology’s radiologists.
- Communicate with new and existing clients to ascertain the appropriate documentation required for Everlight Radiologists to report for their facility.
- In co-ordination with the team manager, constantly developing and documenting improved credentialing processes to increase efficiency, reduce timeframes and still achieving quality outcomes.
- Establish and maintain processes for easily monitoring expiring documentation.
- Reporting various metrics using Salesforce and any other business tools.
- Work on special projects when required that assist in the day to day management and reporting regarding credentialing.
- Contributing to team meetings and discussing the management of the Radiologists.
2. Co-ordinating Radiologist training
- Organising training sessions for the Radiologists with the Clinical Operations team
- Follow up sessions with feedback and ensuring the Radiologist is ready to report. This requires liaison with the scheduling team.
3. General administration and other duties
- General office and administration duties for the ANZ team
- Providing administration assistance to the Medical Leadership Council
- Other tasks and duties, as required within RadCare.

- Able to work with a range of people in a global team and with international /overseas Radiologists
Desired Skills:
- High computer and Microsoft Excel skills
- Relevant qualification/experience in hospital administration and/or business admin.
- Knowledge of Salesforce systems
