He brings with him significant strategic and operational experience gained over many years working at senior level in the acute healthcare sector, most recently as Group CEO of Aspen Healthcare which operated a UK based network of independent sector acute hospitals.

Rob is comfortable operating in complex public, private and VC backed highly regulated healthcare settings and was previously an elected member of the strategic council of the Independent Healthcare Providers Network (IHPN).  Rob is passionate about putting patients at the heart of the service and in creating a high quality and sustainable partnership with Everlight’s world-class global team of Radiologists.

Rob is also a UK non-executive Director of NorthWest Healthcare REIT.

Formerly, Daniel has held management positions at BMI Healthcare and InHealth Limited. Daniel began his career as a Radiographer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science.

He is a qualified Radiographer and Sonographer with over 25 years’ experience in the Radiology Industry, during which time he also gained his MBA.  Wayne was previously the  State Manager of a large Corporate provider in Australia before joining Everlight. He is responsible for Everlight's ANZ P&L, along with global operations improvement.

He is an FCPA & MBA qualified accountant with over 23 years experience leading finance functions for ASX listed property and financial services organisations.

With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Caroline has a proven track record of building highly functional and collaborative HR and Recruitment teams across Australia, the UK and Ireland. With a highly developed understanding of doctor behaviour and drivers, Caroline is responsible for ensuring our Radiologist Value Proposition (RVP) is current and ensure we attract and retain key talent.

He has held CIO, CTO and Technology Director positions across multiple industry verticals.  He has extensive experience in creating and executing technology strategy, development and change programmes.

Jeff has over 20 years global experience in business consulting, operations and strategy working across multiple sectors in Australia and the UK, he has a strong passion for the Healthcare industry. Jeff is also a Chartered Accountant.

Currently, Jo’s role oversees the global recruitment team as well as provide support to the radiologist retention team. She has an undergraduate degree in Medical Science and is completing her MBA.

Brad has extensive commercial experience in strategy, contracting and public procurement.  Prior to joining Everlight, Brad worked as a commercial lawyer.

He joined Everlight in 2019 as Global Head of Marketing. Sam holds a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, and specialises in strategy, brand and content marketing.  

Adrian specialises in business transformation and has over 25 years of experience implementing major change programmes spanning across multiple sectors, including media, housing, travel and teleradiology, having previously worked for Radiology Reporting Online as Delivery Manager.  Adrian's expertise in process optimisation places the Everlight Operations team in a great position to provide effective delivery of our services to both customers and Radiologists.

Georgie is responsible for implementing operational process improvement initiatives and prior to her current role she was the Operations Manager for ANZ. She holds post graduate degrees in Epidemiology and Business.

Diana is CIPD qualified and has experience of working in HR within both the charity and private sectors. In addition, she brings with her extensive experience as a high performance and leadership coach.

Having worked for a variety of software and service providers including Burnbank (now Sectra), Alliance Medical and more recently 4Ways Healthcare where Adam spent almost 4 years delivering a technology transformation programme.

Kristyne has a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and is completing her MBA through QUT. Kristyne has also completed several professional certifications including Quality Management in Health (QUT), Governance Essentials (Australian Institute of Company Directors), and ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 (BSI Group).

Over the past six years, she has gained extensive knowledge of Everlight's operations, service delivery, and, most importantly, a profound understanding of radiologists.

Kate has extensive experience in clinical and information governance and works closely with the Medical Leadership Council to drive Everlight’s quality agenda.

He specialises in developing internal talent acquisition capabilities and aligning them with organisational growth and strategic plans. Chris's expertise spans talent mapping, headhunting, search analytics, and industry-related research, covering the entire talent lifecycle.
