Patient presents with decreased GCS post-arrest. What's the diagnosis?

A ‘pseudosubarachnoid’ appearance to the intracranial vasculature suggests generalised cerebral oedema, likely due to a global hypoxic ischaemic insult. There is effacement of the cortical subarachnoid spaces and somewhat slit-like ventricles, and global supratentorial diminishment of grey-white matter differentiation, likely due to the oedema
