Patient presents with upper limb weakness and headache. What's the diagnosis?
Asymmetric cerebellar tonsillar ectopia is noted, the left cerebellar tonsil exerting mass effect on the upper cord and suggestive of a Chiari 1-type malformation. The superior extent of a syrinx can be viewed at the upper cord on coronal images
